This is one example of the views from the house, taken early on a Sunday evening as the sun was setting. The sky is always fascinating even if not always sunny and there is lots of it!

Hello
Thought I’d leave a comment, but in typical style I’ve nothing to say.
The Sky looks nice anyhow. Getting warmer here now, off to Paris this weekend. A mate of ours was running in the marathon, but he’s developed shin splints, and so has withdrawn, which is good in a way as it means we don’t have to stand at the roadside for hours. See you in a couple of weeks or so. Is steve coming too or has he developed that ‘I ain’t flyin on no plane fool’ syndrome.
See you then.
Love Grahamx
And Sam who is whistling to herself in the other room, and gorging on ferrero roches, good job the ambassadors party isn’t for a few weeks!!

Thanks Graham, glad to hear you are off to one of our favourite places that we can’t get to any more!
Steve (aka BA Baracus) is getting on the damn plane but will be heavily sedated and I am not flying with him (have learnt my lesson).
Tell Sam to ease off the ferrero.
Lots of Love
Sue (and BA Steve)

Hello – It’s me Mum making my first attempt at blogging you. I think it will be a really useful way of finding out what the rest of the family are up to as we had absolutely no idea Graham and Sam had gone to Paris.
We have just been watching the Grand National and Anne had first and second! A close relative who has devoted his entire life to studying form did say well done through gritted teeth but I suspect he isn’t too pleased!
Speak soon via skype.
Love Mum x
PS – who is BA Baracus?

Oy, update your blog, you can’t still be looking out of that garden window…
Just downloaded ‘time goes by so slow’ off of the internet.
Not sure if this means I owe you some money..
Never heard it before, but it sounds fresh…
Thanks for my birthday present, you got me a Panda and some cadbury’s flakes and an electric toothbrush, all very useful…
Hope everything is good in new Zealand, Sam is off to Barcelona tomorrow, weather has been pleasant since the floods.
Sam says hi.
